Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TEXION REVERSE AI platform (the “Service”), operated by B TEXION DIGITAL LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Email verification via a one-time code is required at each login.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only on software and systems you own or are explicitly authorised to analyse. You must not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, breach confidentiality, circumvent security controls, or violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to analyse any material you submit.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and include a monthly analysis-credit allowance.
  • Pay-as-you-go credit packages are one-time purchases that supplement your allowance and do not expire unless otherwise stated.
  • Billable operations consume credits from your monthly allowance first, then from purchased credits.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel a subscription at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

4. Enterprise & Professional Services

Enterprise engagements and professional services are provided under individual quotations and invoices. The scope, deliverables and fees are those set out in the applicable written quotation.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI analysis is performed on a self-hosted inference server; results depend on the configuration and capabilities of that server.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the materials you submit and of the outputs generated for you. We retain ownership of the platform itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, B TEXION DIGITAL LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
